These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 544bd platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 544bd ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 544bd website at 544bd.bet and all services offered through it, including sports betting, casino games, bingo, crash games, and promotional features. By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
544bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must close your account and cease use of the platform.

2. Eligibility
Clause 2.1
Minimum Age Requirement
To register and use the 544bd platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh. 544bd strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be voided, and any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 544bd's discretion in accordance with applicable policies.
Clause 2.2
Geographic Eligibility
544bd is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 544bd does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Players who access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction do so at their own risk, and 544bd accepts no liability in such circumstances.
Clause 2.3
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 544bd platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed without penalty.
3. Account Registration and Security
Clause 3.1
Accuracy of Registration Information
When creating a 544bd account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension. 544bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration details at any time.
Clause 3.2
Account Credentials and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify 544bd support immediately at [email protected]. 544bd will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to protect your credentials.
Clause 3.3
KYC Verification
544bd may at any time request that you complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or continuing to use the platform. KYC documents may include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. KYC requirements are in place to protect players and the integrity of the platform.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
544bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following clauses govern all payment transactions on the platform.
Clause 4.1
Deposits
Deposits to your 544bd account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from an account belonging to a family member, friend, or any other person — are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change. All deposits are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. 544bd is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply. Processing times vary by payment method but 544bd aims to process all withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may be delayed if a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met.
Clause 4.3
Transaction Disputes
If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify 544bd support within 30 days of the transaction date. Transaction disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. 544bd will review all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable period. Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated without first contacting 544bd support are a breach of these Terms.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
Clause 5.1
Bonus Eligibility and Claiming
Promotional bonuses offered by 544bd are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to registered players who have completed any required verification steps. 544bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Bonuses are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka and can only be used on the 544bd platform.
Clause 5.2
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses issued by 544bd are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within any stated expiry window. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period.
Clause 5.3
Bonus Abuse and Collusion
Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using technical exploits, colluding with other players, or employing strategies that 544bd reasonably determines are designed to extract bonus value rather than engage in genuine gameplay — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of any resulting winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Gameplay and Betting Rules
Clause 6.1
Game Rules and Outcomes
Each game available on the 544bd platform operates according to the rules published by its provider. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to game-specific mechanics, in which case the provider's rules shall apply. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are final. 544bd accepts no liability for the outcome of any game.
Clause 6.2
Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable at the time of placement. Settled odds are final unless a settlement error is identified and corrected. In the event of match postponements, cancellations, or interruptions, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant event rules. 544bd reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, or where integrity concerns have been identified. BPL and T20 cricket bets follow the standard cricket betting rules applicable to each market.
Clause 6.3
Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 544bd platform: use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games; exploitation of software errors or glitches; collusion with other players; any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity; and any action that 544bd reasonably determines is intended to defraud the platform or other players. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Responsible Gaming
544bd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity and set personal limits. Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic are encouraged to use these tools and to contact support for assistance.
Clause 7.1
Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits
Players may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting 544bd support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or make deposits. Deposit limits allow you to set a maximum amount you are willing to deposit within a defined time period. Both tools are available to all registered players and take effect promptly upon request. 544bd will honour all self-exclusion requests in good faith and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during their exclusion period.
Clause 7.2
Age Verification and Underage Gambling Prevention
544bd takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that an account is being operated by a person under 21, we will suspend the account immediately and request identity documentation. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. 8. Account Suspension and Termination
Clause 8.1
Grounds for Suspension or Termination
544bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification when requested; suspected involvement in fraud, collusion, or money laundering; use of the platform by a person under 21; operating multiple accounts; or any activity that 544bd determines poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform or its players.
Clause 8.2
Effect of Account Closure
Upon account closure, any pending bets that were placed before the closure decision will be settled in the normal way unless the closure was due to fraudulent activity, in which case all pending bets and balances may be voided. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held in an account closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation will be refunded to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not refundable upon account closure.
9. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
Clause 9.1
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 544bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. 544bd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by 544bd.
Clause 9.2
Platform Availability
544bd aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside 544bd's reasonable control, including network disruptions affecting Bangladesh mobile infrastructure. 544bd will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime. Where possible, scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Clause 9.3
Amendments and Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 544bd's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of 544bd's right to enforce it in the future. These Terms, together with any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 544bd with respect to your use of the platform.
